We believe that the essence of design is to solve problems. Through mutual understanding, we aim to introduce our design process and align expectations from both sides. By confirming your needs, we can then discuss the design services we can provide to best address your requirements.
開始委託設計
設計項目、期程與報價或合約簽訂
Confirming
根據初次的認識，建議執行的設計項目、溝通設計的期程，並根據該專案的內容提出合理的報價。
Based on our initial understanding, we will recommend suitable design items, communicate the proposed timeline, and provide a reasonable quotation based on the scope of the project.
釐清問題、確認目標與共識
Defining
在確認報價/合約簽訂後，案件便正式立案！將會根據初次接觸的討論紀錄、設計項目，釐清此次專案中的疑難雜症並整理歸類，與客戶共同確認委託想達成的目標與共識。
Once the quotation is confirmed / the contract is signed, the project is officially initiated! Based on the initial discussions and design scope, we will clarify any complexities, organize key details, and work with the client to establish clear objectives and a shared vision for the project.
討論溝通、擬定設計策略

我們總是在需求、現實狀況並在美感設計專業的基礎上執行設計專案，透過方法、討論溝通，擬定設計的策略或方向，並根據需求進行發散與統整獲取的資訊，避免主觀的美感至上的導向，而是更有脈絡、面向現實需求的設計策略，並期能藉由設計專業提供客戶更多的設計價值。
We always execute design projects based on a balance of NEEDS, CONDITIONS, and PROFESSIONAL AESTHETICS. Through structured methods, discussions, and communication, we develop design strategies and directions while systematically exploring and synthesizing information. Our approach ensures a well-contextualized and practical design strategy. Our goal is to leverage design expertise to provide clients with greater design value.
設計提報
Proposal
依據經過雙方討論、確認過的設計策略，我們從概念開始發展、提出設計提案。每款提案皆從設計策略中發展的不同的設計提案，而在提案中亦會根據需求輔以使用情境模擬、材質介紹或示意，以便您更容易想像該提案款式呈現的樣貌。
Based on the mutually discussed and confirmed design strategy, we begin by developing concepts and presenting design proposals. Each proposal originates from different directions within the established strategy. To help you better visualize the final outcome, we incorporate usage scenarios, material introductions, or mockups tailored to project needs. This ensures a clearer understanding of how each proposal would be realized.
延伸發展、修正
Extending
經過上述嚴謹的設計發想以及與您共創的過程後，在數款精要的提案中一定有您公司更屬意、符合需求的提案作品！選擇其中一款加以進行後續的發展延伸，或在合約期限中略加修正後發展延伸到所需的設計委託項目。
After the thorough design ideation process and our collaborative effort, you will find that among the several refined proposals, there is likely one that aligns closely with your company's preferences and needs. Once a proposal is selected, we can proceed with further development and refinement. Alternatively, if necessary, we can make slight adjustments within the contract period to extend the design into the required commissioned project elements.
